Terms of service
Welcome to Kiki Clicks! 🎀 By visiting our website or purchasing from Kiki Clicks, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Custom & Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization information, including names, spelling, photos, colors, and other requested details.
By uploading a photo, image, or other material for customization, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that material for your order.
Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
Handmade & 3D-Printed Products
Kiki Clicks products are individually made and may contain minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, placement, or finish. These characteristics are a normal part of handmade and 3D-printed products and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Processing & Shipping
Estimated processing and shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Kiki Clicks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Product Use
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and keeping small parts away from young children and pets where applicable.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original Kiki Clicks branding, product photographs, website content, graphics, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
